Betaald parkeren opnieuw uitgesteld

De startdatum van het nieuwe parkeerbeleid op de campus is opnieuw met een paar maanden uitgesteld. Door een tekort aan materialen en personeel bij de leveranciers zijn de benodigde voorzieningen zoals slagbomen en betaalautomaten niet op tijd klaar, meldt de TU in een bericht op intranet.

Het nieuwe parkeerbeleid zou begin april worden ingevoerd, maar de afdeling Campus Real Estate & Facility Management liet eerder al weten een slag om de arm te houden.

Inrijden met campuskaart
Als in september de slagbomen op de campus definitief naar beneden gaan, moeten bepaalde groepen betalen voor parkeren tussen 8.00 en 18.00 uur. Medewerkers en studenten kunnen gratis in- en uitrijden met hun campuskaart. Leveranciers, medewerkers van bedrijven op de campus en overige bezoekers worden op basis van kenteken geregistreerd. Zij kunnen uitrijden door te betalen bij de parkeerautomaat of met een door het secretariaat verstrekte uitrijkaart. (MvdV)
