Paid parking on campus delayed again

Paid parking on campus delayed again

The start date of the new parking policy on campus has again been postponed by a few months. Due to a shortage of materials and personnel at the suppliers, the necessary facilities such as barriers and pay machines will not be ready in time, reports the TU Delft in a message on the intranet.

The new parking policy was due to be introduced in early April, but the Campus Real Estate & Facility Management department announced earlier that it was not ruling out a delay.

Parking with campus card
When the barriers on the TU Delft campus are finally lowered in September, certain groups will have to pay for parking between 8 am and 6 pm. Employees and students can drive in and out free of charge with their campus card. Suppliers, employees of companies on campus and other visitors will be registered by license plate. They can exit by either paying at the parking machine or with an exit card provided by the secretary’s office.
