Privacy statement

We respect the privacy of visitors to the website and ensure that the personal information you share with us is handled confidentially. The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the requirements set by the Personal Data Protection Act.


Purposes of data processing

We process your personal data in order to enter and execute agreements regarding legal services and to manage the relationships emerging from these, including carrying out activities designed to increase the customer base.

If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an email, depending on the nature of the form or the content of your email, the data that you send us is kept for as long as is needed to fully answer and/or process your email or form.


Click behaviour and visitor data

The general data of visitors to the website is monitored. To this end, the IP addess of your computer, any usernames, the time of retrievals, and the information that browsers send with visitors, are registered and used for the statistical analysis of visits to and click behaviour on the website. We use these to improve the use of the website.

As far as we can, we anonymise the data. The data is not shared with third parties.


Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use the website and how effective our Adwords advertisements in Google search results are. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred and saved by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, issue reports about the website to us, and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. If Google is required to do so, or in cases where third parties process the information for Google, it may share this information with third parties. This is outside our control. We have not permitted Google to use the analytics information obtained for other Google services.


Social media

This site uses buttons to promote or share pages on our social media networks. These buttons operate using codes that are supplied by the networks themselves. These codes place cookies (see above).

We publish a newsletter in which we inform those interested about our services and related business. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Every newsletter has a link with which you can unsubscribe. The list of newsletter subscribers is not shared with third parties.
