TU peilt: hoe gaat het met je?

Hoe voel je je en wat zijn volgens jou de grootste uitdagingen van hybride werken? Dit polst de TU Delft in een nieuwe werk- en welzijnsenquête. Alle medewerkers ontvingen deze week van het college van bestuur (cvb) een mail met het verzoek de enquête in te vullen. “De ontwikkelingen rondom corona zorgen nog altijd voor onrustige en onzekere tijden. Dat blijft impact hebben op iedereen”, staat erbij.
En hoewel het thuiswerkadvies van kracht blijft, kijkt het cvb alvast vooruit. “We zijn volop bezig met voorbereidingen zodat we, als de ruimte er weer is, goed aan de slag kunnen met hybride werken.” Door middel van enquêtevragen als ‘Hoe ervaar jij thuiswerken’ en ‘Wat zijn volgens jou de grootste uitdagingen bij de overgang naar hybride werken’ wordt ook medewerkers om hun mening gevraagd. (MvdV)
