TU Delft MOOC wins prize
Andy van den Dobbelsteen, Eric van den Ham and Tess Blom (Faculty of Architecture) have been awarded the 2020 edX Prize for Exceptional Contributions in Online Teaching and Learning. They were awarded the prize for their online course (MOOC) ‘Zero-Energy Design: an approach to make your building sustainable’.
MOOC helps participants to find out what energy measures they can apply to make their buildings more sustainable and energy-efficient. The short film Energy Slaves is also a part of the online course.
This is the second time that TU Delft has won this prize. In 2016, Arno Smets won the prize with his MOOC Solar Energy.
