Have you ever wanted to programme your own robot? See drones moving in perfect synchronisation? Or attend a lecture in the historic Architecture building? You can do all this on TU Delft Science Day on Sunday 26 October. This year, the Faculty of Architecture has been added as a new location.
TU Delft has been organising Science Day for the last decades for everyone interested in science. During this day, the campus is transformed into “the largest open-air laboratory in the Netherlands”, according to the organisation.

Dream Hall
This year, visitors can take part in workshops, activities and lectures or simply take a look behind the scenes at the Science Centre, The Green Village, the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences and the DREAM Hall. Take, for example, the “Magic of Chemistry Show”, in which TU scientist Marcel Bus performs all kinds of spectacular and humorous experiments.
Science Day is for all ages and admission is free, although you must register in advance by booking a ticket. More information and tickets can be found on the Science Centre website.
