The average Delft room on Kamernet cost 469 euros per month in 2023. In 2022, it was 411 euros: an increase of 14.11 percent. The average increase of 24 student cities on Kamernet was 11 percent to an average of 543 euros. This is according to a national report (in Dutch) by Kamernet itself.

Kamernet is the largest rental platform in the Netherlands. Its supply consists of mostly privately owned rooms. The report says something about the prices on the housing market that students have to take into account.
