MoviesFilmhuis Lumen:Dancer in the Dark, thurs. to wed. 22:00, Bjork, the Icelandic pixie, in Lars von Trier’s latest.

Bjork’s charater is going blind but manages to sing a few tunes before very satisfyingly getting strung up by her neck. Oh so moving.

Wonder Boys, thurs. to wed. 19:30, Michael Douglas is a professor of literature caught up in campus intrigue.

Election, fri. 15:30, excellent satire of US high school election campaign for class president that cleverly mirrors the real thing, as played out in Washington by the likes of Gore, Bush and Elisabeth Dole, who the main character is based on.
