CourseThe course sustainable technology (2 sp) actively applies the concept of sustainable development and is open to students from all university faculties.

The approach is problem-directed project education, and the key question is: ‘How to assess the sustainability of a given technology?’

The course starts with a few introductory lectures, the rest of the course occurs by means of progress discussions (6 times during a four-month period) about the elabo ration of the case studies. In the end, a public mini-symposium will be held on December 17th in which the students present their results to a forum consisting of representatives from industry, government, environmental organisations, and TU Delft.

First meeting: September 10th at 13:45 in Lecture Room B, Julianalaan 136. Language: English.
