The process is easy and the only details you need are those you filled in to acquire your card. Once you make the account online, you can access your account details anywhere via an easy-to-use English language app called OV-Chipkaart. An official app launched by the company itself, it also lets you know the nearest smart card service locations. The app is also supposed to give you information such as balance and travel products loaded on the card. Free to download, it works for personal and anonymous OV-Chipkaarten.
