Rowing spectacle on the Schie

 

Feel like some rowing spectacle? Student rowing association Proteus-Eretes organises one of the biggest regattas in the Netherlands on 30 April and 1 May. Students from all over the country will come to Delft this weekend to row this race on the Delftse Schie. As usual, the races take place on the stretch between the Doen bridge and the Abtswoudse bridge. A distance of 4500 metres and/or 450 metres awaits the rowers. After the races, there will be a lot of fun with supporters and rowers recovering from the race. (KW)
