OWee in pictures day 4: rowing, every beginning is difficult

Rowing for the first time at Laga and a visit to the Sports Market. This OWee is also interesting for sporty students. This was the OWee on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, Delta photographer Daniël Korvemaker visited the Sports Market, went to various student associations and saw freshmen step into a rowing boat for the first time in their lives. This week, you will find his daily OWee photo report on our website.

There were many things to do in the Cultuurlab last night. Football club Ariston held a cosy specialty beers drink, latin dance club SoSalsa moved the hips and at volleyball club Punch you could also have a drink.

Day four of the Sports Market at X. Freshmen visited all sports clubs, and stopped here and there for a physical challenge.

After lunch, members of the Christian association CSR had a drink on their terrace on Oude Delft.

A little further down the Oude Delft at Virgiel, freshmen also enjoyed a drink after lunch.

Student association DSC reinvented the concept of BVO (beer for the road). Before you started the tour, you could get a drink. Sub-associations provided the refreshments.

Freshmen stepped into a rowing boat of Laga for the first time in their lives. Every beginning is difficult, as was proven here as well. In the evening, they could try rowing again, but this time in illuminated boats.

Although many OWeelopers chose to spend their evening at a student association, the atmosphere at the OWee terrace was very pleasant.

After dinner everyone could visit the second edition of the Silent Disco.
