Nostalgia

Andrew Hollands, 26, is both nostalgic and practical. He grew up in Australia, the child of an Australian father and English mother and moved to Delft in September 2013 to pursue a master’s degree in architecture.

As the child of an Australian father and English mother, he gets all of the perks of being an Australian and EU citizen. “They [his passports] aren’t exactly a nostalgic reminder of home but they are what has allowed me to come here and enjoy living in Holland,” he says.
