With its scintillating mix of traditional Irish melodies and modern grooves, Lunasa is being hailed as one of the best acoustic bands to emerge on the Irish scene in recent years. Light as air, new and inventive, the band’s arrangements combine wind and string instruments, including fiddle, whistle, flute, standing bass, guitar, and Uilleann pipes.
