Campus

Find your temporary lunch spot on campus here

Is the Aula your go to lunch spot? Then you need to find a new one on this map, because the canteen in the Aula and Café 015 will be closed until Wednesday due to the Delftse Bedrijvendagen.

The canteen in the Aula is one of the busiest places on campus during lunchtime, crowded with students and employees scrambling for a place to sit. But from Monday until Wednesday the Aula restaurant will be transformed into a market where companies can present themselves during the Delftse Bedrijvendagen. During this event, which calls itself the biggest technical career fair in the Netherlands, over 150 companies will come to the TU Delft. They can will themselves and the career prospects they offer to students, and students can get in touch with companies to find an internship, job or graduating project.

This does mean that all the students and employees will have to find another place to have lunch. Luckily, there are a lot of other options on and near campus. For example, you can go to the industrial design or architecture faculty, which are both less than a 5-minute walk from the Aula. You can also choose to take your bike and go off-campus, to the Vesteplein or to IKEA, for example. Check out this map to find your alternative, and maybe you will even find a new favorite lunch spot.
