Do I suffer from a burnout?

Stress is inevitable and it helps people perform. But what if it’s all too much? The interactive play TIME OUT! will help you learn how to recognise the symptoms of stress and a burnout and how to respond to them. But, maybe more important, the play opens up the dialogue. In an informal setting, theatre group PodiumT invites students to join the conversation on stress symptoms and what you can do to prevent them. Delta visited the play last year and was impressed with the openness of the students present and the tips they shared with their peers. You can read our review here (Dutch only). (JW)

  • TIME OUT will be held at the Aula auditorium on 17 March (Dutch) and 18 March (English) and starts at 19:30. Admission is free.

After the play, you are welcome to join the Aula Cafe to enjoy a drink and talk more on dealing with stress.
