Andy van den Dobbelsteen new Sustainability Coordinator

Andy van den Dobbelsteen new Sustainability Coordinator

The Executive Board has appointed Professor Andy van den Dobbelsteen as Sustainability Coordinator at TU Delft as of 1 January 2021.

The term of the appointment will initially be four years. Van den Dobbelsteen will fill the position two days a week, succeeding Sustainable Business Operations Coordinator Gerrit Kahlman, who retired in November.

In the coming period, Van den Dobbelsteen will study the development of a sustainability vision and programme for the campus. The previously established TU Delft CO2 Roadmap, the Roadmap Circular Campus 2030 and a new form of CO2 accounting will play a major role in this.

At the end of 2019, Delta spoke extensively with Gerrit Kahlman about the content of his position. Read the interview here.
