TU Delft frontrunner in sustainable energy research
Five years ago, the UN introduced sixteen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on issues such as poverty, hunger and health. Affordable and clean energy is another goal. Elsevier, a major Dutch scientific publisher, has produced an inventory of publications related to the UN development goals. The analysis shows that on affordable and clean energy, TU Delft is the most productive Dutch institution with 1,410 publications since 2015, with TU Eindhoven coming second with 908 articles. On Climate Action, Wageningen University comes first with 1,698 publications and TU Delft ranks fourth with 649 studies.
